Detailed Nomination Instructions
Please review all requirements carefully before submitting your nomination form. All criteria must be met for a valid nomination.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a fully paid-up TASK member in good standing
- Must consent to the nomination by signing the form
- Must complete all sections of the nomination form
Proposer Requirements
- All proposers must be fully paid-up TASK members
- Chairperson candidates need 5 proposers
- Council Member candidates need 2 proposers
- No proposer can support multiple Chairperson candidates
Documentation Required
- Completed nomination form with all signatures
- Candidate profile (maximum 2 pages)
- Profile format: Word document or PDF
- All information must be accurate and complete
Submission Guidelines
- Submit via email to TASK Secretariat
- Deadline: October 31, 2025, 5:00 PM
- Include all required attachments
- Ensure email subject is clear (e.g., "Council Nomination - [Your Name]")
Important Notes
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Incomplete forms will be rejected
- Ensure all signatures are obtained before submission
- Keep a copy of your submission for your records
